Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our e-scooters and e-bikes come with a minimum 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for high-performance sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with less than 5 miles logged on the odometer and returned in the original packaging.
Are the e-bikes and scooters water-resistant for outdoor use?
Most of our models feature an IP54 or higher water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes, though we recommend avoiding heavy downpours or deep puddles to protect the electrical components.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?

Is assembly required once my order arrives?
Our bikes and scooters arrive 85-95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel using the complimentary tool kit included in the box.
