Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your e-scooter or bike in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and toolkits provided at purchase.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the vehicle, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
